Where is it in my body? (In, on or around me?)

3. Clear & Transmute Energy
Once you’ve identified the block, visualize the energy leaving your body. Imagine it transforming into light as you breathe deeply. This clears the block, making space for higher vibration.
4. Set a WWIT (What Would It Take) Intention
Shift your energy by creating a WWIT statement that feels expansive and positive:
“What would it take to feel clear, aligned, and inflow today?”
